Oh, my word! What can I say except this book is absolutely amazing. Bella has written a very frank and brave account of how she has suffered with debilitating anxiety and how it had taken over her life until she found some solace and relief from her daily demons by running.

Jog On is a brave and inspirational motivational read and it shows that on the darkest of days there can be light at the end of the tunnel. I must praise the writer for her no holds barred, no frills account of mental health and what it is like for the sufferer.

This book is a must read if you struggle from anxiety or mental illness or if you want to learn more about it and would be a great book to read to start new year goals with as inspiration for going into 2020, so would make a fabulous Xmas present for someone.
